Dear Marilyn,
While we sit under a blanket of snow in Colorado, I am getting a vicarious pleasure out of knowing you are sitting on a blanket of sand in Hawaii! I hope you and your hubby are having a fabulous time during your birthday holiday. Your "Little Gem" will be anxiously awaiting your return home.
I love that you will always be older than me, by 12 days, and wish you many, many more birthday's to come!

PS..The poor thing had to order her own birthday painting, but she has always had impeccable taste in art...and friends!

It is gorgeous! I do love spring but fall is my favorite. The painting is perfect . Thanks so much. Happy Birthday to me. I do so wish you were the one that was 12 days older:)
I do have exceptional taste in art, huh? P.S. the beach is wonderful.
